Had a lovely weekend in Hiawassee. Cabin was clean but a little dusty. The only odd thing was the dishwasher. When setting was on dry Heat, the appliance ran all night long into the morning. Had to be manually turned off. Everything else was fine. ##### Jody B. The owners were absolutely wonderful and we were lucky to get to meet them ! We came down for a fishing trip pulling a bass boat and had plenty of room to turn the trailer and truck around . And though we were there after the water level had been lowered , the public boat dock was conveniently just 2 minutes down the road . As far as the lodging : this place is way more spacious than I thought it would be and the layout was great ! The bed was super comfy and everything we needed was right at our fingertips . Coffee , tea , even body wash ! The cleanliness was spot on and the back porch looking out at the water was divine . We will be back and I can’t wait !!! My new favorite place ! ##### Wendy T. We have stayed at several of these chalets over the years, and just love the location. The owners were very responsive. The inside is cozy and well equipped. The sheets and towels smelled heavenly! The only disappointment was the grill; we were there over a week and looked forward to a couple of grilled meals, but would not use the very rusty, poorly maintained grill on the porch. We recommend replacement. All the other grills on the other chalets were so much better. ##### Suzie U.
