"From the moment we checked in we received superior service. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. When I mentioned being in town for a concert at Camping World Stadium, he quickly offered information on the free shuttle service available to and from the venue. Our room was clean and comfortable, with toiletries provided in the shower. There is a Starbucks/bistro next to reception, a 7/11adjacent to the property, and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located downtown and the area felt safe. My sister and I have already booked our next stay in July when we will attend a concert at Kia Center nearby."

"The parking garage cost $35 a night which is a little ridiculous but it was a nice hotel and the room was great. The front desk was kind."

"We normally stay on resort in Disney when we come to Orlando, but this really had us second guessing. The front desk was divine. Everybody we spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. The bartenders at the restaurant were personable and great to be around! The rooms are modern and extremely clean. I can’t say enough nice things! It’s easy to get to, parking is a breeze, and it’s just a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend staying here!"
