« Short visit but good quality/price »

« The manager/owner was waiting for me to leave nearly an hour and one-half before check-out time in the shared/common area, including the kitchen area. The lighting had nearly half of the light bulbs burned out. The shared bath room had very dim lighting making it difficult to see. »

« Everything was great »

« Room was very outdated, no washcloths, towels flimsy and scratchy, very tiny soap and shampoo bottle for 3 people, so ring your own. Outdoor key entries were not all working, fitness center stuff not all operational. Room AC wasn't very good. Parking lot had gravel and potholes. Not worth the $$ »

« I made the reservation a day late, so when we arrived we didnt have a room. The receptionist and manager worked hard to get us a room. The only thing was that we had to change rooms between nights. Both rooms very nice. The view of Lake Nakomis was beautiful. Fun games outside on the lawn. Very nice continental bfast. Very nice and accommodating manager. We chose well!!! »

« The hotel room itself was fine but the lobby and the exterior had a lot of trash and wasn’t kept well. I called in advance to confirm if the rooms included a pull out couch or if a rollaway bed was available for guest use and they assured me they had both options; however upon arrival at the the hotel I learned that was not true. « The hotel is a little older - but extremely well maintained. Very clean. It is in a fantastic location. Our room had a view of the lake - and everything in the town was in walking distance. The pool is fantastic! Again, so clean! I can’t emphasize enough how well kept the entire hotel is. The lady at the front desk was such a hard worker! « Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...
