Excellent hotel and service

Nice sized clean rooms. Executive lounge needs an upgrade from an offering perspective - not enough drink options and limited food during very specific periods during the day. Restaurant (Coriander) was exceptional with a wide selection of local foods and great service. Room amenities were good for most part but - make sure to ask for face cloths! Lastly, check in and check out were spotless.

Very clean property, excellent staff all around. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, General Manager down. Given that most people are long stays, gets a bit repetitive.

-Staff was polite and so helpful -Good location -Great food -We would love to go back again

Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help with even the smallest requests set the tone for a wonderful stay. Every interaction felt sincere, and their responsiveness made everything effortless. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt properties around the world, but there’s something truly special about Hyatt hotels in India—their hospitality consistently goes...
