Prior COVID service level was excellent but during last 2-3 visits I could see service level has been gone down badly(very poor) During this visit me and my French colleague got disappointed with the overall experience and we will think while booking next time. Service staff especially momo cafe was very confused and not bothered to take care of their guests. For any services or order they needed repeated reminders and sometimes they were ignoring us. It is situation in the Industrial Area. They have executive lounge at the 5th floor where they offer free drinks and 2 snacks. The buffet layout is good but they need man power to refill the exhausted items and timely clean the servicing spoons and maintaining it cleanly. The taste of food is okay but I have had way better at other Marriott properties.
