"Beautiful hotel and everyone was so friendly...a big shout-out to Dakota at the front desk who was so patient with me and my 3 sisters and our 4 rooms. Great location, however... i would have liked the rooms to be stocked with those tiny, folded up shower caps."

"The staff is very nice and very understanding. The only thing I didn't like was I had to walk quite a distance to get food because I didn't have a car. But the owner or the main manager I think he's the owner was helpful and did offer a ride but not to me because he didn't know I needed a ride"

"The room was really clean, a little cozy but nice. We were able to open the window and listen to the birds. We watched the sun set in the huge hot tub whirlpool. Great place to stay for a great price! Breakfast was good. Two different juices, coffee, milk and water. Bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereal and a waffle maker. Would definitely stay here again. "Our 2 day stay here was rough. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which was out of use due to chemical problems. While I know this happens, I had called the day prior to our stay (as I was making the reservation) and the staff lied to me, saying that it was open. (We later learned it had been closed for over a week already.) The pool room was very cold, as was the water. No water fun for a stay that was literally scheduled for water fun. We had a suite (door between 2 sleeping spaces) and the heater in the 2nd room didn't work and kept tripping the breaker. It was FREEZing! The alarm woke us up at 6am (even though we had not set it) and there was tape on the ceiling/walls (left from some party, probably?)"
