"The makority of the property is clean. The rooms were clean and very neat. The only thing I would recommend is that the carpets need cleaning really bad throughout the hotel. The noise level within the rooms was horrible. I could hear everything from the hall and next door inside my room. I did not have a peaceful stay."

"Had to book something quickly due to flight cancellation. Important consideration was airport shuttle. Upon arrival, called hotel and was told where to locate shuttle stop then call back when there. Did so. At that point (maybe 5-10 minutes later) was told shuttle would be there in 30-40 mins. Unacceptable, why did they not say that in the first place? Took an uber. Check-in friendly (different clerk) but took forever. Room absolutely depressing. Furniture shoddy, carpet worn, curtains/blinds torn and stained, missing baseboards. No nightstands or light of any kind in bedroom area. TV weird. Unclear what service they were using but no networks and impossible to select stations, just had to keep pushing channel-up-down. Given that was ALL there was to do during this layover I was annoyed. Bed was surprisingly comfortable (and I was REALLY worried about bedbugs but found none) and shower was actually decent. Given there were few amenities (soap, shampoo) and I was without most of my personal toiletries, I didn't linger. Airport shuttle back the next morning was terrific. On time, friendly driver, took me not just to my terminal but to the best entrance for my needs. Would not stay there again. "

"The hotel was run with a bunch of Pakistanis, Indians and may be Somalis! Communications with them was awful, as a result we missed our earlier morning shuttle. Will never stay in another Holiday Inn. Holiday Inns used to be great but not any more"
