Güntersberge Just 500 m from Güntersberge’s center and right by a scenic lakeside, this well-equipped ground-floor apartment is a perfect base for families or small groups seeking relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The open kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and filter coffee machine, ideal for simple meals at home. The living/dining area includes a flat-screen TV, dining table, and seating zone, while two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed, another with two singles, ensure restful sleep. The modern bathroom offers a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washbasin, all warmed by cozy floor heating. Step outside to enjoy the private terrace and a shared garden featuring a sandpit and volleyball court—great for active days and playful afternoons. Families are supported with a cot, high chair, and insect screens for added comfort. With restaurants, cafés, general supplies, fishing, and a natural swimming lake all just 10 m away, everything you need is truly at your doorstep. Adventure extends further with forest trails (500 m), ski slopes (30 km), mountain railways, and public transport all easily accessible.
