« It was a great get away place. There is no access to the water at all!!!

The cabin was very clean. I enjoyed the porch every night. We did not cook in the kitchen at all.
On check out day the time was 11 a.m., at 10 a.m. he was knocking on our door and we thought that was a bit different. We got moving and left quickly, that was uncomfortable for us. »

« Didn’t care for parking on the street, but was informed about that before the trip. Somewhat dated home with squeaky floors upstairs but the biggest issue for me was when we stripped the bed we were sleeping on at the end of our stay and found a massive “stain” on the mattress. About made me ill. It was the least equipped kitchen in any VRBO we have stayed in. Location, being very near Churchill Downs, the university, airport and sports venue, is the draw for this property. »

« The view from the property was great! The property was clean and looked as it was presented. However, the shower was horrible - the undersized on-demand water heater barely made the water beyond warm, and that was with EXTREMELT WEAK water pressure. »
