When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. « I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down. »

« The GPS map leading you to the property takes you down some super tight one lane roads that are really curvy and also on a steep incline and decline. The other thing is, when you pull up to the area to unload and check in, it's just a blank lobby with no signs for direction. You go in at the garage level and there is an empty space with 4 elevators but no signs telling you where to go.
