"This hotel is newly renovated and clean. It is a nice and convenient area with lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again !"

"The areas where occupants walk around the premises are not well kept, they are all dirty with debris from cigarette butts, paper droppings, cups and tops and leaves. Many areas have not been cleaned in many many weeks. The room was small for the price and the doors to closit and bathroom did not operate smoothly, they were stuck and hard to close, especially the bathroom doors, very noise to open or close. Bed comfortable but room only had one chair to lounge, for a couple other had to sit on...
