Beautiful downtown location with expansive wrap-around porch for outdoor living. The separate guest house above the garage makes this home ideal for extended family getaways.

Main house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The front porch has a television, dining table, and couches making it an incredible outdoor living area.

The guest house over the garage contains 1 king bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a full bath, and kitchenette.

This recently renovated and rarely on the rental market home retains its classic charm with refinished original hardwood floors and clawfoot bathtub. It also boasts many updates including air conditioning, new paint, and wrap-around porch with large outdoor tv.

House has ample parking with driveway for at least 3 cars. Also includes an outdoor grill, wifi internet, printer, and assorted games.

The house is located in downtown Harbor Springs. Walk a few blocks down Main Street to all of the restaurant. You are also blocks away from the public beach and marinas.

Lovely Harbor Springs Home

This home was just perfect for our annual family summer vacation in Harbor Springs. It was roomy, beautifully decorated, well stocked and close to town. It was truly delightful!

Great location within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in town. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Love the porch!
