They were doing construction on the floor above us which we were only informed of the night we arrived We were told it wouldn’t start till 9 it started at 8:30 am. It was just very uncomfortable and I could not relax in the room so much so that I only spent the one night there. When i explained my situation to the desk clerk I was told “ it was on the website “ which I did not see & because I booked through Expedia I would not get a refund. I am a loyal Bonvoy member and I can understand the no refund policy to a point but as for customer service there was no apology let me get you a voucher for a discount for a future stay or cup of coffee. I was made feel like I was the idiot and should have known. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
