Horrible, dark room with dirty towels, bed sheets and no sense of guest experience. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to any travelers in Hanoi. Please do not go on pictures as they are edited and dont show the true condition of the rooms. Breakfast was not even worth giving a try as the breakfast table was tucked in underneath a staircase. Room was left opened after cleaner did his/her role and left my belonging up for grab for anyone, fortunately nothing was missing.
