The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shower is nice, waters and coffee every day, bed and pillows comfortable. Horrible, dark room with dirty towels, bed sheets and no sense of guest experience. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to any travelers in Hanoi. Please do not go on pictures as they are edited and dont show the true condition of the rooms. Breakfast was not even worth giving a try as the breakfast table was tucked in underneath a staircase. Room was left opened after cleaner did his/her role and left my belonging up for grab for anyone, fortunately nothing was missing. Had there been a fire I’m sure we would have been toast. The location was good, it was clean and the staff were lovely. However couldn’t get the shower to work and when trying kept getting electric shocks. The bathroom was disappointing, the shower door was broken and there was no hot water on the second night.
