"We hard time getting the TV to work properly, and since the phone wasn't working, I had to go down to the front desk to get assistant. I was told they were replacing phones and all rooms and they hadn't gotten to my room yet. The icemaker on the 3rd floor was not working properly either. The worst thing was the breakfast. There was a lot of people and not enough food for everyone. This was very disappointing given the rate for the hotel was not cheap at all. "

"We enjoyed leisure time at the pool. The staff were awesome, very friendly. Our room was clean & the beds were comfy! "

"The bathroom had not been mopped. A microwave would have been nice. I prefer the glasses and cups to be wrapped. The bed was very soft."

"This hotel did not have the room teady when i tried to check in a 7pm! They have no back up for staff shortage. The feont desk was very co descending and had the nerve to accuse me of calling their place a scam.. even though payi.g for a room and not getting one is just that! Horrible and inexcusable.. do not ever recommend this place and i will never go back!!!!"

"Check in was very easy and fast. The room was very clean, comfy beds and location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to shopping centers. Definitely will book again!"
