It was very clean, had everything we needed. Even if it is not right on the water, we could see it from the windows. We met Lisa (the host) by chance, and she was so nice and helpful. The beach, just a few steps away, was so much fun. Clean and sandy. Some days the lake was flat, other days we had waves big enough to bodyboard on. The water temperature was just right. We rented paddleboards across the street. It is easy to get to Niagara Falls and Buffalo from the cottage for day trips. All in all, a great stay! We'll be back for sure! ##### josee d. Most of the cottages in this area were generally built in the 1930s/1940s, and are teeny, so renovations are difficult, but this owner did an amazing job. It feels very modern, clean and open, and is just one house away from a GREAT beach. It is perfect for up to 4 people, but I wouldn't try to squeeze in any more. The owners were a delight - responded to all questions in a timely manner, and were great about communicating check-in information, and details about the property.
