"This was probably the best hotel i have stayed at in years. The location right off the freeway is super convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The general manager checked me in, she was so polite and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no issues with my dog staying. The breakfast was incdedible. So many options. I actually will plan future trips around being able to stay at this hotel."

"Hotel Katerina is a gem in Chico! The staff, the aesthetics, the amenities were all lovely! The rooms were so nice, with little surprises throughout the property. Plus, the location is so easy to navigate with lots of shopping & dining, please easy on-off freeway access. We will be back as this was a favorite stay! "

"Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was). Pretty disappointed with my stay as it was 300 for 2 nights and it was so gross you couldn’t use the one amenity that sold the whole room, the tub. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone until they do a very thorough cleaning of the place. "

"Unfortunately, we didn't use the gym or hot tub. Maybe next time. Everything was great, we felt very well taken care of. Friendly staff too. Room was very clean and equipped to make our visit comfortable. Thank you very much."
