"Needs some attention. Lose the plastic sheets over the mattress. Hard to sleep every time we moved it would wake us up. Need a luggage rack so suitcase doesn’t have to sit on floor. AC doesn’t keep up in keeping bedroom cool. Add a couple towel hooks in bathroom. VRBO website difficult. POSITIVE: Quiet, easy to get to, good parking, has all the basics you would need. Needs a few improvements but overall for location not too bad."

"It would be really hard to find a better house and location in Cincinnati. We LOVED our stay for a week here so much. Rich and Ann have thought of everything you could need to feel right at home. Plus the house was 20min from the Reds stadium, 20min from King’s Island, and just 45min from the Ark Encounter. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, and the largest Kroger we’d ever seen only about an half mile away. We felt very safe at the house and in the area as well. Not being familiar with...

"Property is beautiful and quiet. Loved horses next door. History of the house was amazing. Loved the old touches that were kept. Great location for us to enjoy nearby wineries. Blackstone and outdoor patio were great! Communication with property manager was efficient. Stonebrook Winery has tons of wine and they were so nice."

Plus a pool table! Will definitely stay again. The host also let us have a little bit of a late check out, which was very nice, and they did not have to do that"
