Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead. We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities. We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request. A few things that we do offer on request: \-playpen \-highchair \-baby bath \-ask us...you never know. A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages. Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment. Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout. Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out. No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed. Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice. There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping. Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage. It was located in such a great area which allowed us to be able to walk to all the popular restaurants, bars, shopping and the waterfront. 10 minute walk to all the main areas. The condo itself was clean, modern and had a nice open concept with a cute patio to sit on and relax. Every time I had a question, Jeremy got back to me within 15 minutes. Everything about check in was explained thoroughly and we easily found the building and got in. If I had one thing for feedback I would just suggest a full length mirror in the bedroom. Unit was clean, very spacious and bed/pillows comfortable, which is key. Location is walking distance to everything you want to see in downtown Halifax. Excellent in virtually all respects (but a comfier sofa would be a plus!). Suite was however very comfortable and very clean, very nice building. A home away from home! Staff attentive when we needed them, thanks! Great location, south end, close to waterfront, Public Gardens and for our trip, Huskies Stadium. NCLS Port Liquor store and a good restaurant in building in ground floor retail. Restaurants and other services a block away on Spring Garden Rd. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Halifax...much better value than the Barrington Hotel where we stayed last year! Would love to stay again! ##### Gary M.
