We laughed upon pulling up in disbelief that this motel was not only still open but we were staying there. Building is extremely rundown, front desk tried to charge me twice even upon showing them they already charged it to my credit card, had to walk through two different sets of creepy concrete walls and stairs to get to our room, got to our room to dirt on the floors, holes in the blankets, hair in the bathtub, opened the microwave and started gagging upon the rancid smell pouring out. Cheap? Yes. Worth it? No. The people that hangout infront of the building are creepy and we thought we were gunna get shanked if we tried to leave after dark.

I’m not sure I can put into words how awful this place is. We arrived and we’re concerned that it looked unloved. That was before we saw the awful state of repair in the room. We had, what we took to be, drug dealers outside the window arguing very aggressively. We discovered that this motel is used as a hostel for the homeless and numbers of unfortunate people were hanging around. The place was filthy, smelled of tobacco smoke and was literally falling apart. The pictures and description on Expedia do not reflect the true, current, condition of this motel. We felt so unsafe we left after being in the room for an hour. We still had to pay a nights rent. The ONLY redeeming feature of the whole experience was the two men we interacted with at reception. They tried their best but the property is AWFUL!.

It was ok with me, I just needed a place to stay for the night for an appointment close by. Staff was fine not much interaction with them, lots of stores and restaurants around, probably not the greatest area. Appeared to be some permanent residents living there but had no trouble. If you just need someone to sleep for a night or two at a reasonable price it fits the bill.
