This place was nice enough but many houses and yards on the block were pretty run down.It was a good value for what I needed but might not be acceptable to some guests. "

"House was set up well for large families. Overall clean. Bedding cleanliness was lacking and floors are mopped with something that leaves an odd film. Property management is very good and attempted to promptly rectify any issues. The main bedrooms were clean with the only issue being in the bunk room. I would stay there again. I would rate 8.75 put of 10."

"Highly recommend this cute bed and breakfast!! The hosts made us feel like family. The home was super clean, very cozy, relaxing, and the breakfast was outstanding! We wish would could find more places like this on our travels. If we ever come thru Lubbock again, we will definitely go back! "
