Located at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, this fabulous villa offers a tranquil setting, conveniently located for all major theme parks in the Orlando area including Walt Disney World® Resort. offering a sunny and private south-west facing pool & jacuzzi with poolside furniture and sun loungers has many special features, the home overlooks a large green open space.  The home itself has a lounge with widescreen cable TV and modern comfortable sofas to relax back in after a hectic day at the Parks. A separate dining area is located off the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and cable TV with adjoining dressing room which leads through to the large ensuite bathroom, with 2 sinks, large garden bathtub, large shower and separate WC. It also has direct access to the pool area. Like the master bedroom, the second master also has a king-size bed and cable TV and also offers direct access to the pool area via an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite comprises a sink, shower and toilet.  The other two bedrooms have twin beds with one aptly themed a "Disney Room" featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse and the other Mermaids and Unicorns! A great games room offering a selection of toys, books and games with pool table, foosball table and dart board can be found in the garage. Also available for guest's use is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Fees for pool heat are optional and charged separately. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

Spring Break Getaway

The property was very comfortable and nice. The only item we noticed was the mold on the ceiling vents in several of the rooms. The rooms were well sized and bathrooms too. Check in was easy and the community is close to resturants , grocery stores, shops and Disney.

Excellent house with 2 master suites and a great location

Only issue we had was the neighbours dog barking and it wasn’t that bad. Great communication with host and house exactly as shown in pictures. Very well equipped too.

Family Fun in the Sun

Excellent and responsive communication with property management. House is a little tired around the edges, but offers everything you could hope for in a rental. Given the stains on the bedroom carpets, it would be better to go tile throughout. The pool and patio are what makes this property - and the green space behind the pool gives you a feeling that no one is behind you. Loved the neighborhood - good street lighting and sidewalks.

Pictures are nicer then actual. Cleaning company missed the debris from the vents and only cleaned main bdrm We had to clean and wash the bedding Pool table felt was ripped pool sticks no ends The pool was good

Great House and Location

We stayed here while attending our Son's college baseball tournament. It was a Great Location not too far from all of the tournament fields. The house was Beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable! There were a lot of HOA rules. Communication was great with the host. The only thing we were disappointed with was the heated pool and jacuzzi we paid extra for. The pool and jacuzzi never got warm enough to swim and the jacuzzi jets did not work for most of our stay to use. Otherwise it was a Beautiful home away from home!rules.

To many rules

Was a okay house I definitely overpaid for the area , the rule book was alot. The gated community check in gate clerk was rude every time opon entry even with a pass. Was sent check in instructions very late during travel. Had to ask several times for the code and instructions. Had issues with pool and hot tub heat first day. Owner did send someone to fix .so we could use it the next day. . The rule signs posted everywhere made it hard to relax or let the kids play at all.. Honestly wouldnt ever stay again or recommended it. Unless its a older couple no kids.

Rough start that got better

Cleaning wasn't great but a broom and vacuum solved the problem. Jacuzzi wasn't working on Saturday check in. Maintenance was by on Monday and dealt with a clogged filter but that didn't totally fix the problem. Then Wednesday we had an issue with the BBQ that was unsettling that resulted in a new unit. Long story short it took 5 days into the rental to have the issues taken care off. Once fixed the house, location and amenities where great.

Relaxing

Enjoyed a stay in this home. We had 3 generations and the set up of rooms was perfect. Just about everything we needed for cooking larger meals was available. We paid to have the pool heated and the temperature was perfect even on the cooler evenings. We'll definitely stay here again.
