"I was a little nervous booking here since it’s rated as a 3-star hotel, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The employees were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and attentive. Even housekeeping staff in the hallways checked to make sure we had everything we needed, which I really appreciated. This was a last-minute trip, and I usually prefer to research more beforehand, but I’m so glad we chose this place. The pool area was spotless, and the suite was a great surprise—it included a small kitchenette stocked with everything we needed. We typically skip hotel breakfast since my husband is very picky, but he absolutely loved the corned beef hash and couldn’t stop talking about it! He’s also particular about eggs, and he had no complaints at all, which says a lot. The kitchen staff was a bit slow at refilling items, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here again and would love to come back for a longer visit next time we’re in the area."

"I can only judge by the rooms condition. It needs an overhaul and a deep cleaning. I did not take pictures but dirt on the closet floor is unacceptable. "

"While the hotel itself as okay, we were extremely disappointed with the pool area. Traveling with two kids, a pool is a must. The pool room wash hot, the floor was slippery and dirty (I saw clumps of hair and a bug) and the towels were small and scratchy. The pool was so cold my kids weren’t in the water for more than 10 minutes before their teeth were chattering. They finally got out with blue lips. I really hope they invest in upgrading their facilities as there are many hotels in the area and a lot of competition for business. "

"Breakfast was great - much better than a typical hotel. The room was pretty clean and the staff were very nice! The only complaint was that the pool opened at 8 am - I was SO excited to go. My mother and I went down at 9 am and they closed it for cleaning and said it would be another hour and a half! Why not have someone come in early to clean or after it closes? And there was no sign in the lobby that said it was closed so we didn't find out until we walked allll the way around and down the hall. "

"No Breakfast. Bagels for sale for $5/each. Nonsmoking rooms smelt smokey. Toilet splashed whenever flushed. Shower wouldn't drain properly. Towels were dirty before use. Refrigerator was plugged in but didn't work."
