"My family and I stayed here for three nights. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious our room was. The decor was simple but elegant and in great condition. The hotel grounds have an abundance of activities for kids, including a playground, cornhole, horseshoes, pickleball courts, and a pool. The breakfast was terrific and better than most other offerings at similar hotels. Easy walking distance to Glenwood Sorings Adventure Park, the hot springs pool, and lots of restaurants. Overall, an enjoyable, comfortable stay in every aspect—would definitely stay again!"

"Rooms were ordinary, staff was ordinary. The hotel itself is pretty nice, the indoor pool and hot tub are nice, gameroom could use some updating. It's literally next door to the gondola, and a few blocks from shopping/dining. I'd recommend it if you have kids that enjoy pools/gamerooms"

"This hotel is exceptional, and the only thing better than the accommodations is the people employed there. Service is unparalleled, from the front desk to valet to housekeeping. There are some nice choices in town, but I don’t think I’ll ever stay elsewhere. "
