« Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. »

« The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient.
