"We were only here for less than 12 hrs. Parking is a lot across the street and cost $40 per night. The room was okay, had a weird smell to it. The amenities charge was mandatory and we used none of the amenities. We got there late from a flight and woke up the next morning and left. Check in was pretty typical."

"Beachside is an older hotel and it is starting to show its age. The carpet, couch and chairs need to be replaced in 706. The beds are comfortable. Our bathroom needs a deep cleaning. It is away from the crowded part of PCB. Overall I was pleased with my stay. I would stay there again."

"The location was ideal. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was lovely. However, the room had nowhere to put your suitcases or "stuff!" There were no chairs or desk. The nightstand had no shelves or drawers. It was frustrating! Also, be careful where your room is because it can be very noisy as you get closer to Bourbon Street. Best bar in the area with great performers."

"This stay was excellent. We received a free upgrade to a condo, which was amazing. There was a police conference going on so the parking was pretty full. However the staff were awesome and so polite. This was our second stay and we will be staying here from now on."
