"Short distance to beach. Three bedrooms is a bonus. Very dog friendly. We also appreciated the private pool and area. However, there was a giant amount of garbage in the front yard when we got there. And it stayed the entire time. It was smelly and dangerous and I really think that that should’ve been cleaned up as part of the “clean up” after the last guests. While I appreciate that all the essentials were there, it would’ve been nice to have had a kitchen towel or washcloth available. The bathtub/shower in the master was very difficult to use either as a shower or a bath. It is difficult to get in and out of."

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this home with the private pool I think it spoiled us and will never rent a house without one again. We had exceptional communication with the property management company anytime we needed it. We felt safe and the location was great....everything just went really well."

"The house was perfect! It was clean, well maintained and up to date. The view from the living room and balconies was gorgeous. The very short walk to the beach was possibly the best part!! My only caution to people looking at this property is that it is very secluded if you are used to being close to full service grocery stores, shopping, chain fast food or chain restaurants then this may not be for you. There is an express grocery store on the island (basic necessities but not full service) and a handful of local restaurants. The closest full service grocery store is off the island and only about 15 min away. There is also a CVS close to the grocery store. It’s about a 1.5 hr drive to the main drag in Panama City for perspective. If being off the grid doesn’t bother you, then def give St. George Island consideration, you won’t be disappointed!!"

"If you’re looking for a great space for a large group this is perfect. Great location. Elevator didn’t work which was not ideal and the stairs are very steep so beware. Overall, we had a good time."
