This pool was built for families in mind. It can be heated for a fee. Please message for details. There is a new HOT & Cold outdoor shower under the deck. \*\*\*\* Recently updated home with new luxury vinyl tile throughout. Inside you will find a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Brand new dishwasher and refrigerator installed March 2022\. Dining table to seat 8, and laundry room just off the kitchen. Large deck offers beautiful space to dine and relax al fresco. 4 bedrooms will offer ample sleeping space for 9 plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep a total of 11 guests. The home also comes with a large carport. Perfect to park taller vehicles or boats. Just a short walk to the beach or to the bike path. The pictures don't do it justice,it's much more spacious than it looks! Its mindfully stocked with everything you need and the decor is charming. The pool was the icing on the cake, great hang out spot after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, close enough to everything but still felt like you we're tucked away on a tropical island. The kitchen is very functional and stocked well with dishes and cooking utensils. We have stayed several places on the island over the years and this house will be the only one we choose moving forward. We had 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 2 year old and our dogs. The teenagers had their own rooms and we still had 2 beds we didn't even use... plenty of room for more! The house was well stocked and I really appreciated all of the attention to detail. They even had a little goodie bag for us when we arrived! Every room had it's own tv, fan, remote for the lights/fans, bedside tables where you needed them, outlets where you needed them, makeup cloths, plenty of towels. The only little thing I would say it needs (because I have a teenage daughter) is a full length mirror. Such a super minor thing though. Having the golf cart there and not having to bring ours was great as well. The pool was perfect! The large tanning ledge was great for the 2 year old! It was a great home! We will see you again!
