"A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). "Room was clean. Beds were fine. Could hear the talk of neighbors, very thin walls. Sea air and element damage to property exterior at pool and around property. Hot tub was not remotely hot enough and jets didn't work. Staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. Location was literally at the top of beach stairs by volleyball courts, north of Pismo Beach pier. Great!"
