"Elevator are to slow and get stuck every time, Bathroom shower and bath tubs should be cleaned better, and also please do not refill body wash and shampoo with a cheap soap that actually don’t smell good and is not the brand of the bottles you have in the rooms… Other than that crew members here are just great! like every time I stay!! have a reservation again for next week hopefully the soap is better 😄"

"Waterpark is not an actual “waterpark”, very misleading on the details for the property stay and River Island not being included at all. Paid 20$ per 3 adults & 9 kids and it was really just for the kids. Room was very nice tho! Kids enjoyed foam party!"
