« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm.
Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »

« I didn’t realize the date had changed to the wrong date and could not get a refund. I had to pay for a room I did not get to use. Expedia was not helpful and told me the hotel said they would not refund. When I called the hotel they said they would refund my money I just had to go through my third party booking. Expedia did not support me they are not helpful like they use to be. I will take my business elsewhere »

« At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned. »
