Everything was great, only small issue was that the Netflix did not work in the living room and I had to pull the bedroom TV off the wall to plug in the DVD player. Not big issues, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Staff was extremely friendly, but the rooms could use some work. Dishwasher was LOUD and disruptive, bedding for the pullout couch was super thin (like 2 sheets) and not warm at all. The counter stools were wobbly and unstable even for a 90lb kid. A handle fell off a coffee mug when we took it out of the dishwasher, very minimal additional supplies aside from plates/cutlery in the kitchen. Toilet made a loud squealing sound everytime we flushed. Pool towels were only slightly larger than a hand towel. Weird stain on the pull out couch sheets. Overall, good location and decent price point, but definitely lacking in quality.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Many machines are not possible to get near for non smokers as there actually is smoking allowed inside. Technically in separate section, but it is not actually separate. Otherwise lovely new facility, great event centre, but not enough food options, and headache/sore throat from the smoke....

Great event centre, they bring in awesome shows. But smoking is allowed inside the casino (in a large area right by connector to event centre), it’s almost unbearable to even just walk through....

Crazy loud music …. heard at least 3 different banging' songs playing at same time...way too noisy. Tone it down a bit. Way over the top.... does that describe the noise well enough?
