"Love the room with kitchen and layout. Was shock for facility to be as new as it is to have mold in shower already. And night stand was not wiped down clean. But over all great stay for the night. Enjoyed the personal welcome when turning on TV. "

"The staff were always courteous and very helpful. We got clean towels, etc. every morning without having to ask or put our dirty towels outside. The hotel was quiet except for one night out of four. It was one room only. Otherwise, very quiet and we felt safe. The room was clean. We would stay there again."

"Check in was a little awkward as you pull into an area that says no parking. The front office was no where near the parking lot. There was what I TBKUHHJ"

"There was a defective alarm clock in my room that started blaring at 5:30!! This area is not my time zone, so I had only been asleep 3 hours. It was unplugged from the wall, so no lit up numbers shown. I clumisly hit all the buttons and it stopped... only to go off in 10 min. Then I had to turn on all the lights, plug it in the wall to see the lit numbers only to find it would not let me turn it off. I had to remove the batteries by unscrewing the back. By now, there was NO WAY I could sleep again. I told the lady up front. -She did not apologize or show any empathy -She said her manager was not there -She denied any help with a refund since I paid to sleep in a hotel that I could not sleep! -The manager has not called me back -They "can't find" my name or reservation number -They won't refund because it was through Expedia Do not go to this terrible business."
