« Very nice and clean apartment on top floor. Great convenient parking. Very close to restaurants and things to do. Only issue is you need to pick up the key at an alternate location not very well marked. The info said you could check in 1 hour before you could get in the unit but the keys did not arrive until a couple mins after 4:00 so we had to wait »

« Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore. »

« Our daughter’s wedding was at the marketplace. It was literally blocks away easy parking comfortable beds host was extremely available and helpful. Also very well stocked with spices and all necessary kitchen items. It was perfect for our wedding weekend. »

Code had changed, first time I heard of the change was 11pm, and we were waiti g in cold for several minutes. Also, shower in Create suite got really cold 2 minutes into shower. Turned off shower waited a couple minutes, and then water got hot. Then water stayed hot for 10 minute shower. It was like water heater wasnt...

« This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. We brought our senior dog and I had just planned on carrying her, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have bad knees or older dogs, be aware. :) Stephanie was very communicative and friendly.
