"The home is beautiful and in a wonderful walking neighborhood (Oak Bakeshop on Cypress is an easy walk for your morning coffee and delicious pastries), well equipped for a comfortable stay and close to everything. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive to any inquiry and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely try to stay here on future trips to RI. You will NOT be disappointed!"

"The place was good overall. It may be old but everything worked properly (fridge, kitchen sink, shower, toilet, tv, lights, wifi, AC). The linens were clean and the beds were really comfortable. Only real complaint was that the floors didn't feel super clean. Otherwise, it was a good place for our 8 people to sleep and hang out. Located close to downtown core and the nightlife districts so location was good, but you definitely want to lock your car and the front door at night. I'd say it was a...

"The mattress was very soft and low and was not good for elderly person. Hard to move in and get out of. Also the bed frames legs were out to far and stubbed toes several times on them at night. The toilet was stuck in a corner and not very spacious. Not good for a big or tall person. Needs a toilet seat with a bigger opening. Now the worst thing was the front storm door. It is hard to keep open and the stops didn't work to keep it open. Had to really fight to get in the house when bringing stuff...

"House was great. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Comms with owner were prompt. We had everything we needed (and then some!) to enjoy family time on the water…memories were made and look forward to going back in the warmer months!"
