"Newly renovated, so that was very nice for the freshness of it. Clean, and everything was working. The window shade was electronically controlled. Kind of neat ;-) Air temp control was easy to manage. (Also had a remote if you needed it). All the amenities available: coffee, refrigerator, microwave, tv, lights, etc. We had an option at no extra charge to have a grab bar bathroom. I really appreciated this option. I was concerned for my husband, thought this would be good for him, but trust me, it was helpful for me too. My age is catching up with me, I guess. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, in my opinion. But the best part was the human element at this Wyndham Kirksville-University Super 8.... Ray !!! He checked us in, and explained a few nuances , the shower...getting the shower to start. He had a visual for me to know what he was talking about. There were two ways to get the shower to come on, once the water is on, etc. He let me know about the two ways. He offered to help me get suitcases, etc. in the room. There were hot and cold items for breakfast. At breakfast, many guest arrived at the same time so shortage of tables, but he offered to set up a table in another area. Also, he was cleaning up the breakfast area while we were all messing it up;-) He was a hard worker and wanted his guests to have a good experience. He really took ownership of the job he is doing. I felt safe there. I will recommend this hotel. It was quiet for sleeping. "

"It wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!"

"Queen's Quarters: 3bedroom/1bath Townhome is not an accurate description. The exterior pictures on the VRBO site did not match the location. There was trash spilling out of the dumpster and scattered throughout the front of the property as well as some sort of leak from the refrigerator or dishwasher. When we noticed the water we reached out to the host to make them aware of the water situation as well as the trash. They offered to send someone over to check on the leak, and offered to move the trash to the curb. We did not feel comfortable staying "
