"Exceeded my expectations, felt safe as a female traveler. Bathroom setup was a bit weird and had a see through foggy door by the bed 😬 but honestly not an issue. The shower flooded the bathroom floor a little but that’s to be expected in Europe. Close to the airport and had a restaurant. If you’re used to Hiltons and holiday inns it is comparable. Floor was a little stained but nothing bad. I would come back to this hotel again. Hotel gave us free bon bons. You’re welcome for the shower door...

"As a solo traveller with no car the hotels location was not as convenient as I'd expected an "Airport Hotel" to be. A 27min walk from the terminal or a €13 taxi fare. Other than vending machines for snacks and drinks, the only other options were a r vending machine in the car park or a petrol station about a 10min walk away. The hotel was clean and tidy in general but the carpet on the 2nd floor corridor was very dirty. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast as basic but adequate."

"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "Picked this hotel purely for its location directly opposite the Eurostar terminal, but now will always stay here when visiting Brussels. The staff were lovely and really helpful, and while the area doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, the station has shops and cafes - and youre just one stop away (about €2.50) from the heart of this truly amazing city. There is a hotel bar - and a cool, local bar SAS, next door."

"Room was spacious and really clean. Toiletries were lovely and great if you haven’t brought your own. Location was excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but a 10 min walk away from busier areas. The we encountered were fine, but one lady was clearly training so things were a lot slower. Would have been nice to have the tea and coffee restocked on our second day but we went to reception and they were happy to provide us with extra. "
