« They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell »

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »

« Le menu déjeuner est pratiquement inexistant, seulement des gaufres, du yogourt et du café pas très bon. Pas de rôties, de bagels ou de croissant donc c'est une grosse lacune. Pour le reste c'est conforme à ce qu'on s'attendre de la chaîne. »

« My room was big and clean. But entering the floor that goes to the room, the stairwell which was outside the building had trash and was not kept clean at all. Entering the hallway to my room there were like five huge bay windows. The first window obviously had tremendous signs of break-in where the screen was pulled away. The window was broken. The mini blind was filthy beyond words and broken. The second window it was open, and I could not lock it. All the mini blinds were torn and hanging and...

« Staff was nice. Room was in need of repair and cleaning. Walls were stained and peeling. Couch had stains as did the pillow. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our friends 4th floor room had barely any shower water pressure the would shower in our room. Other than that it was good. »
