Amazing new addition to this hip trendy hotel. Feels like Las Vegas but has the location with charm and local character of Newfoundland. Such a fun place to stay!!

Lovely facility, great breakfast and a beautiful historic property.

We had a great stay in this lovely older building with lots of charm and character. The front room offered a partial view of the harbor—just a bit of pruning and it would be absolutely stunning. The space was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated the simple self check-in process. Staff were quick to respond via text, which made everything easy. There’s plenty of free street parking, and the location is convenient—just a short walk (uphill on the way back) from shops and restaurants downtown. While a Keurig-style coffee maker would be a nice touch, having the mini fridge was definitely appreciated. One note: there’s a park about a block away where we noticed some vagrant activity. Walking by felt a bit uncomfortable on a couple of occasions, but it didn’t impact our overall experience. Overall, a cozy, well-kept spot that made for a great visit! We loved Newfoundland!
