The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. "The room and the service was excellent. Fully stocked room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was provided. Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."

"What can I say, this accommodation has been styled to absolute perfection. It is simply stunning!! The cottage shows an exceptional level of care and thoughtfulness throughout. It felt warm, cosy and immediately like a home away from home. The kitchen was exceptionally well equiped, featuring high quality utensils, a coffee machine, stunning serving bowls and a microwave that also served as an air fryer! The welcome pack was also very much appreciated.The location could not be any better, right in the centre of Richmond, it really is a "Stone's Throw" away. We only used our car once for the duration of our stay.Richmond is so beautiful, especially at this time of year. The owners left us a note telling us about the free mince pies and mulled wine in the centre which were delightful. We also took full advantage of the free guided tour of Richmond. Our guide Tom was so knowledgeable of the area and it's history.We were the first guests to stay at the cottage and we will definitely be returning. Thank you."

"I loved the Turf hotel. We were late arriving but the young lady stayed on site until we arrived. That alone is worthy of a good review. The room was fine, a little run down but certainly not a problem. The bedding was fantastic, plenty of pillows and a lovely warm duvet. We were only there briefly, we left straight after breakfast (which was really nice). Everybody we spoke to was super happy & helpful. I think we'll be back in the area soon and the Turf will be my first phone call for accommodation. "
