Clean room, great friendly staff

Thank you for a wonderful stay overall. I wanted to share a few quick thoughts on my recent stay at your Home Inn location: Front Desk Service: The front desk staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. He kindly offered to move us to another room to resolve the issue. However, my son really wanted to stay on the top floor, so we ultimately decided to remain in our original room. Room Maintenance: The air conditioner in our room had visible mold. Please have your maintenance team take a close look at it and give it a thorough cleaning. Dining: The breakfast was good and much appreciated! This is the very first time I've ever run into an issue while staying at a Home Inn, which is why I wanted to bring it to your attention directly. I hope this helps you improve the room conditions, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.
