"Probably the best located hotel for Old Sacramento. Access is via a large pedestrian underpass and take 3 minutes to walk there. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only problem was the breakfast with inedible scrambled eggs and crisp bacon. The fruit however was excellent"

"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. But two things marred this visit. First, only one elevator was working. Second, a male guest was complaining loudly about a "lost" credit card to any staff who would listen, disrupting my own check in. He also demanded to be on the elevator we were trying to use with our luggage. Once we were in our room, I felt safer and much more relaxed."

"Great stay and excellent value I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Inn Express Roseville. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I really appreciated the overall value and the comfortable atmosphere. Everything was straightforward and convenient, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend Heritage Inn Express Roseville to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"We had an absolutely amazing time at the Kimpton in Sacramento. The property is beautiful, the rooms are nice, and the location is perfect. But what really made our trip special was the staff—they were super friendly, exceptionally helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We did have one issue: a light in our room flickered throughout the night. We let the front desk know about it in the morning just so they could fix it for the next guest, and they were incredibly receptive and appreciative of the feedback. Even with that hiccup, our stay was flawless. We will absolutely be staying at this property again!"
