Clean room

No tengo ninguna queja.

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. All staff were great, but a special shout out to Dustin and Ormar in the breakfast area which were both exceptional and very attentive. Very good breakfast! Will definitely stay here again if I visit Guadalajara.

Nothing

This hotel is an old stately home, unique and wonderful. The staff were lovely. Check the hotel website for a detailed description of each room, as they are all different, and if you have a preference you can make a request directly to the hotel. The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood with excellent restaurants nearby. There is currently construction next door, but it will likely be completed very soon. The courtyard and common areas are all beautiful.

Loved this property! The balcony was amazing.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful place.

Very clean and modern. Some design hiccups to be worked out (no ventilation in bathe rooms, some lighting issues etc). Good location in nice and safe neighborhood. Would recommend.

Great!

The staff were exceptional.

The room was amazing. Super comfortable and clean in the most perfect location and close to lots of food options, restaurants, and bars. Easy check in/out. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

Excelente ubicación y lindas instalaciones. Muy recomendable para estancias en el centro de la ciudad.

Loved the staff. Only thing tha wiuld make my stay better is to have a more extensive gym. Great property and people otherwise. Will return
