I was greeted upon arrival and the access codes and parking were clearly and quickly explained. I was delighted with the room, it was spacious, spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. The shower was hot and powerful, and the bed was comfy, although the duvet cover was a little worn. I was impressed with the decent quantities of tea, coffee, milk and sugars provided, they would have lasted me a week if I had been staying that long! The hotel is situated in a lovely location and only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. The Little Emily is great value for money and I would happily stay there again.

The property was convenient in the centre of Yarmouth, parking outside is resident parking so I had to move the car by 8am which was no hardship. The property is good value and you get what you pay for, we stayed in room 3, my only gripe was my other half found mould on the duvet cover, we just spun the duvet round so the mould was at the other end of the bed, apart from that, all was acceptable.
