"Nice clean hotel. We expected it to be on the beach with better view, but it was not. The pool looked nice but the heater was broken, so we didnt swim. Overall I would stay here again as it is close to restaraunts and the beach/cliff walks."

"The location is fantastic- it’s right across from the beach and within walking distance of Cliff Walk. There are places to eat also within walking distance and a very short drive to downtown Newport. The room we had was clean and had a great view. The breakfast was a nice touch and any minor issue we had was handled promptly by the staff. (Needing another blanket or vending machine needing to be refilled!) Just note that the elevator is slow and a little small/clunky but it works and is up to code! It’s not fancy- more like a beach vibe- and was a great stay."
