"Was not aware the facility was under construction. Entire room smelled terribly of paint. Every noise can be heard, parking was fine, staff was polite, was able to check in early. Pool closed at 8:30, which to me is really early compared to most hotels so we didn’t get to use that."

"This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again."

"We were looking for house that was in a quiet area on the east side of Des Moines metro. This house was perfect. When the blizzard hit, we watched it from the large living room windows. Actually saw 15 deer cross the creek. Nice place to chill. Steve was great, responding to any messages we sent his way. "
