Having said that check in was quick and easy. Reception staff all very pleasant, polite and helpful. Room was spotless and all the staff at the hotel were so nice and in addition to above extremely professional and smartly dressed. We loved our stay." The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night. Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more of this restored on the ground floor round the entrance area with future upgrades of the hotel. Thank you."
