"This is a room with a bathroom / toilet only. There are no tea / coffee making facilities, it is just a room to sleep in. The bed is only 6 feet and is wedged across the room, wall to wall so me being 6 ft 5 - I could not fit in the bed. Also there is no lift. That said - it is spotlessly clean, airconditioned, nice reception staff and only a 6 min walk from Victoria Station where you can park for £18 for 24 hours. Cheapest car park around if you use the app. The hotel is fine for 1 night stay but any more would be a struggle if you are over 6 ft. But if you just need somewhere to sleep after a night in London then it is in a great location."

"I had a one-night stay at The Cumberland in London and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right next to Marble Arch and Hyde Park, with easy access to Oxford Street and the Underground. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a short stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient."

"The room was clean, pods exactly as expected. Staff helpful and attentive. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Cleaning team on top of it all at all hours. Whether restocking towels in vending machine or toilet rolls, hoovering or making showers spotless. Lounging area was great to sit, eat and just chill. Lack of tv was great as made you talk. Music was piped in lounge area and lifts. Was just right. Loved the experience, would go for a lower pod in future. Avoid stairs."
