"The elevator was down and I’m disabled with multiple sclerosis. I had to take the stairs which is very difficult and painful for me to do. I had even requested an accessible room on the first floor and was told they were all taken. "

"We were not informed when we scheduled our stay that the hotel was under renovations. No breakfast was being served and the pool was closed. The room, though a great lay out, was in terrible condition. No Phone Service in the room. The TV in the bedroom, we had a suite, didn't even have a cable outlet to be hooked up too. No, “Do Not Disturb” signs in the room and no ice bucket. Sounds like small things but we had paid for a suite. I have stayed at Wyndhams many times and have never had one complaint. Even the luggage carts were broken or nearly unusable. They should close the hotel until renos are complete or at the least, make guest aware of the situation. I will not visit that location again. "

"They use a strong cleaner that has a cleanser-type odor that I find overpowering. It is in the lobby and elevator especially, though not in the hallways or my room. Staff there are always nice and helpful."
