Stylish, spacious, family friendly 2 storey apartment. On a quiet residential road, just one sleepy clerical business below the apartment. We do have steep steps between floors and low ceilings on the top floor, any concerns please message. My husband is 6ft and he is ok! Walking distance to train station and town, 20 minutes to London. Bus stop outside to Bluewater and Ebbsfleet Station. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 23 YRS. Guest access The whole property! Other things to note Please note that dogs are chargeable at a one off fee of £20 as is early check in or late checkout again a one off fee of £20 for each one not per person. Please note this is a residential area and we DO NOT allow parties or stag/hen dos.
